Easter

Join us during Holy Week (March 29 - April 5) and steep yourself in the richness of the passion of Christ from his humble entry into Jerusalem, to his last Passover meal with his friends on Maundy Thursday, to his death on a cross. The story culminates in a glorious celebration on Easter Sunday!

Palm Sunday - March 29

We begin Holy Week with the joyful remembrance of the crowds greeting Jesus with palms. We will hear the full reading of the Passion, allowing us to walk with Christ and preparing our hearts for the solemn days ahead.

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!

Service at 10:00 am in person and online.

Maundy Thursday Service - April 2

On Maundy Thursday we recall the Last Supper that Jesus shared with his disciples before his arrest and trial, and his commandment to them to love one another.

A simple meal at 5:30 pm in the lower hall followed by the service at 7:30.

Good Friday Service - April 3

In a quiet and reflective service, we stand at the cross, meditating on the mystery of Christ’s sacrifice and the hope it holds for all people.

Please join us for a solemn service at 7:30 pm.

The Great Vigil of Easter - April 4

On the evening of Holy Saturday, we gather with Christ Church Beaurepaire for the Great Vigil of Easter.

This ancient and powerful service moves from darkness to light, telling the story of God’s salvation and joyfully announcing the resurrection of Christ.
